We will ensure your order arrives within 2 weeks of order placement. This is to allow time for us add fixings in the colour of your choice and to add finishing touches. However, if you need an order sooner, please do not hesitate to get in touch as we may well be able to assist and get your order to you within a week.

Pricing is inclusive of UK shipping only. For any orders outside of the UK, please get in touch prior to placing an order as shipping costs will need to be added.

If you like a design on the website or our style in general but you need a specific colour or trim to match, tone or clash with your outfit, we'd be more than happy to discuss making a bespoke hat or headpiece. Please do just drop us an email.

(Note a bespoke headpiece will likely take a minimum of 6 weeks to complete and ship within the UK, adjusting a trim may well be quicker.)

All of the designs available for order online are suitable for most head sizes as elastic is incorporated into the final attachment. This should provide a comfortable fit regardless of head size but if you have any concerns please do send an email and we'll be in touch to assist.

Keep it in the box provided, with acid-free white tissue paper.

Dust can be removed with air from a hairdryer.

If silk flowers or a veil become squashed or crushed, carefully hold them over some steam, this should bring the flowers back to life or smooth creases from a veil.
