At Kate Lilley Millinery, we want you to be delighted with your unique and modern hat or headpiece. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days to return the hat if needed.

To return, the tags and card inside the hat needs to be intact otherwise you will not be able to return item.

The hat must also be in immaculate condition, no make-up marks or stains.
